Delicious!

We planted a garden again this year and it is even better than last year. Last year we had just a few strawberries and this year we have so many that we have a hard time eating them all. So far we have already picked over 50 and we still have many more coming. Nothing is better than a fresh strawberry from the garden!

He's a ROCKSTAR!!

Whenever Heidi comes home from school Ray gets so excited because it's one more person to play Rockband with us. Well I think Heidi is getting sick of playing with us so she has decided to train Zach to take her place! I'm sure Ray is happy! He once told me that we need to hurry and have 2 children so that we have a full band for Rockband. Here are some pictures of my little rockstar!

I got an email from my sister Eliza telling me that I need to update my blog. I know I have slacked off but sometimes when I get behind on something it is just too hard to start up again. Over the next week or so I plan on posting quite a few posts to catch up on the last couple of months. I have taken some good pics and want to share them with everyone. Our Little Observer

Zach loves watching people. He loves going to church, the store, out to dinner, anywhere where there are people for him to watch. When we are at home one of his favorite things to do is to sit on our window seat and look out the window. He especially loves windy days (which happen a lot) so he can watch the trees sway and he loves watching the kids walk home from school. The window seat was actually the first place Zach would sit without my support. He would sit there for 10 minutes without any support but as soon as I would sit him on the ground he would fall right over. Anyways, I thought these pictures were pretty cute so I thought I would post them.

Family Photos

We finally got some photos of Zach and us taken. We just got them done at JCPenny (we had coupons) but we actually got some really nice pictures of Zach. He really enjoyed the photo session. He loved all of the lights and the camera. Now we have some nice pictures to fill up our walls!

6 Months

I can't believe my little baby is already 6 months old. I have to say though, 6 months is such a fun age. Zach is so cute and funny, I love hanging out with him all day. Here are his 6 months stats:

Weight: 17 lbs 28%
Height: 28 in 92%
I can't remember how big his head is but it seems like he has a pretty big head.

Zach is sleeping through the night, 12 hours straight. WAHOO!! I used to dream feed him at 10:30 pm but since he has started on solids he no longer wants that feeding. Now I can finally go to sleep before 11, I love getting my sleep. Zach sure loves eating baby food. He just eats and eats and eats. As soon as I put him in the high chair he gets a huge smile on his face and can't wait to start eating.

Zach is rolling over from his stomach to his back and is so close to rolling from his back to his stomach. He rolls onto his side but can't quite make it all the way over to his stomach. I will probably never learn to crawl though because as soon as you lay him on his stomach he is rolling over to his back. He can sit up for a little while but he normally falls forward trying to eat his toes.

On Saturday we are getting professional pictures of Zach so I will make sure to post some.

We sure love our little man!!!

Easter

I know Easter was a couple weeks ago but I am a little behind on my blogging. Easter was pretty quiet this year. Brandon and Kyle were going to come to Kennewick but neither of them made it. We had dinner with my parents so Zach was able to hang out with his grandparents all day, which he loves. There were no Easter egg hunts this year or pictures with the Easter Bunny but Zach did get an Easter basket. Here are some pictures from Zach's first Easter.
